Custom-Made Items
All custom orders are custom made to your ideas, desires and specifications. Therefore, it is necessary to have a detailed dialogue prior to being able to quote you a price. If you are interested in having a custom magical item made or have any questions while you are mulling it over, please use the contact form on the contact page to submit your inquiry.

Here are the general steps:

1. INQUIRY: Submit your inquiry through the Contact page with as much detail as possible.
2. DISCUSSION: Receive a response usually within an hour, but certainly within 24 hours either by telephone or email. We will discuss at length what you are looking for and any cool stuff you might want me to throw in as far the abilities of the item.
3. QUOTE: Once we have come to an agreement on the details, I will provide you a quote and turn around time.
4. MAKE ITEM: Once paid, I will get started on your item and ship it out to you once complete and provide you a tracking number.
5. ENJOY: Enjoy your item and magic it provides!!

Timeframe: depending on the item you want made and the level of complexity, there is generally a 1 week turn around time from the time you make your payment to the time your item is shipped.
